Tracy Webb
A lifelong educator and Arkansas native, Tracy Webb began her journey in Cherokee Village, attending the Highland School District from kindergarten through graduation. Her professional career eventually came full circle at Highland, where she spent 21 years serving as an elementary teacher, elementary principal, and ultimately, the district superintendent.
Following her tenure at the district level, she transitioned to the Arkansas Department of Education in Little Rock. During her time with the Department, she served as the Coordinator for the Standards for Accreditation, Federal Monitoring, and Charter School Unit. She also led the Fiscal Services team as Coordinator, where her team specialized in supporting schools navigating fiscal distress.
Before retiring in 2024, Webb served as the Director of Finance for the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District. However, her passion for direct student impact led her back to the classroom this school year. She is currently a middle school math teacher for the Little Rock School District and has thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to be back where her career began: working directly with students.
