Dr. David Mason, Vice Chancellor of Workforce and Career Technical Education at Southern Arkansas University Tech, brings over 15 years of leadership experience across both private and state-operated institutions. With a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Counseling Education, Dr. Mason specializes in building strategic partnerships that drive personal and community transformation. As a first-generation college student, he is deeply committed to creating accessible career pathways that lead to high-wage, high-demand occupations.

Beyond his professional work, he enjoys hiking, biking, camping, and visiting America’s national parks with his wife, Lizeth, and their three children, Isabel, David Jr., and Jeremiah.
